Introduction
Welcome to the E-Training Platform of the Military Survey and Geographic Studies Institute. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the platform, services, and training content provided by the Institute. By using the platform or any of its services, you acknowledge your full agreement to be bound by these Terms, and all relevant regulations and instructions applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all users of the platform, whether they are:
General Terms
- The platform, its content, and services are provided "as is" and for training and educational purposes only.
- The Institute reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of the platform after posting any amendments is considered implicit agreement to the modified Terms.
- The platform may not be used except for authorized purposes and in accordance with approved military regulations.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the platform, including (texts, training materials, images, logos, videos, software, and tests), is the property of the Military Survey and Geographic Studies Institute or its licensors. These contents are subject to intellectual property laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Strictly Prohibited:
- Copying, republishing, or distributing training content.
- Using content outside the scope of the platform.
- Creating links or redirecting to content without official written consent from the Institute.
Usage Restrictions
The user agrees not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Share login credentials or account with any unauthorized party.
- Attempt unauthorized access to platform systems or data.
- Upload or publish any harmful or violating content or content breaching regulations and instructions.
- Engage in any conduct that may negatively affect the platform's security, stability, or operational efficiency.
The Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate violating accounts without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
- • The Institute does not guarantee that the platform is free from interruptions or technical errors.
- • The Institute bears no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from using the platform or inability to use it.
- • The user bears responsibility for their use of the platform in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulations.
Termination or Suspension of Access
The Institute has the right, at its discretion, to suspend or terminate any user's access to the platform in case of:
- Violation of Terms of Use.
- Breach of military regulations and instructions.
- Misuse of the platform or its content.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute arising from the use of the platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom.
